What we collect
When you book an appointment on this site, we collect the information you submit in the booking form: your full name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, iPhone model and storage preference, preferred appointment date and time, whether your 40% down payment is ready, and any notes you add.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to confirm your appointment, contact you by phone, WhatsApp, or email about your booking, and prepare your in-store installment plan. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Advertising and analytics
This site uses the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel to measure how effective our ads are and to understand which pages visitors view. Meta may set cookies and collect browsing data as described in Meta's own privacy policy. If you booked an appointment, we also share your name and the iPhone model you're interested in with Meta as a conversion event, so we can measure whether our advertising is working. This does not include your phone number, email, or appointment notes.
Where your data is stored
Booking details are stored in a secure, access-controlled database (Supabase). Only authorized Monex iShop staff can view your booking. We may use an email delivery service (Resend) to notify our team when a new appointment is booked. This only involves an internal alert email, not marketing to you.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as reasonably necessary to manage your appointment and purchase, and for our own business and accounting records. You can request deletion of your information at any time. See “Your rights” below.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing sales@monexishop.store. We'll respond as quickly as we can.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time as our services change. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
