What this website does

This website lets you browse iPhones available at Monex iShop and book an in-store appointment. Booking an appointment is a request to be contacted. It does not reserve a specific device, guarantee stock, or create a binding sale. Your purchase and installment agreement are finalized in-store, in person, once your details and down payment are confirmed.

Pricing and installment plans

Prices shown are the cash price of each device. Our Buy Now, Pay Later plan requires 40% of the cash price upfront, followed by 12 weekly installments. Because the plan finances the remaining balance, the total amount paid over the 12 weeks is higher than the cash price. This total is shown wherever a payment plan is displayed, including the price calculator and the booking form, before you submit an appointment request.

Prices and stock availability are subject to change without notice and are confirmed at the time of your in-store visit.

Device condition and warranty

Unless a listing is explicitly marked “Used”, devices are new and genuine. Warranty terms are explained and provided in-store at the time of purchase.

Accuracy of information you provide

You're responsible for providing accurate contact details when booking an appointment, so our team can reach you to confirm it. We may be unable to honor a booking made with false or unreachable contact information.

Acceptable use

Please don't submit the booking form with false information, attempt to disrupt the site, or use automated tools to submit bookings. We reserve the right to decline or cancel appointments that appear fraudulent or abusive.

Apple, the Apple logo, and iPhone are trademarks of Apple Inc. Monex iShop is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services change. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
